In 1970 political activities were allowed, with that all political parties started working for elections and Sheikh Mujib started his political activities with six points edit at that time people said that if you will accept these six points then Pakistan will be divided into two parts. But Yaya had belief on Mujib date Awami leader would modify his six points on demand once elections are over because Yaya got news from intelligence that Sheikh mujib will get only 60 seats out of 313 in 1970s elections, during date both Sheikh mujib and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto were doing political activities to grab as much seats as they can because they wanted to make government with majority.

1970 General Yahya Khan order for LFO:
LFO is known as the legal framework order to make constitution it was given by journal Yahya Khan on March 28, 1970. in LFO it was clearly said there will be Islamic touch in constitution and constitution will be made on principles of Islam and Pakistan’s name will be Islamic Republic of Pakistan for national security federal government will have more authority this was against Mujib 6 points, so that made him angry. Because he was working for province and Sheikh Mujib said one thing that I will destroy LFO after elections this news came to Yahya Khan, and he said that if Mujib will start azadi movement then I will see him during this time on December 2, 1970, India attacked Pakistan and killed around 300 people.
Elections of 1970-1971:
General elections were held in Pakistan on 7th December 1970 to elect members of National Assembly they were the first journal election since the independence of Pakistan and ultimately the only ones held prior to the independence of Bangladesh. Voting took place in 300 general constituencies, of which 162 were in east Pakistan in 138 in West Pakistan. Further test 13 seats were reserved for women over to be elected by members of National Assembly. The result was a victory for our mini league which gained 160 of 162 journal seats in all seven women seats in east Pakistan. The Pakistan people’s party won only 81 general seats in five women seats all in West Pakistan. After the results of elections, the elected assembly initially did not meet as president journal Yahya Khan and the Pakistan People's Party did not want the majority party from east Pakistan forming the government. This caused great unrest in east Pakistan military junta responded by executing the crackdown which led to Bangladesh war of independence in east Pakistan becoming the independent state of Bangladesh the assemblies session was eventually hailed when Jaya found resigned 4 Days after Pakistan surrendered in Bangladesh and ZA Bhutto to cover. Bhutto became the Prime Minister of Pakistan in 1973, after the post was recreated by the new constitution.
